At REP, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best tools for your training. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
